Mid Bloom Coffee was founded by Casey, whose journey with coffee began after college when she stepped behind the counter as a barista. What started as a part-time job quickly grew into a lifelong passion. Over the years, Casey worked her way through nearly every corner of the industry—barista, café manager, retail director, and training specialist—each role giving her a deeper appreciation for what it takes to bring a truly great cup of coffee to life.

When the chance came to open a shop of her own at Common Market, Casey knew it was the perfect way to share her love of coffee with the community she calls home. For her, Mid Bloom Coffee is about more than just serving drinks—it’s about honoring the countless hands and hard work that come before the cup, from farmers to roasters to baristas. It’s also about creating a gathering place where neighbors can slow down, connect, and feel at home.
