Mid Bloom Coffee was founded by Casey, whose journey with coffee began after college where she started in the industry as a barista. What started as a part-time job quickly grew into a lifelong passion. Over the years, Casey worked her way through the industry—barista, café manager, retail director, and training specialist. Each role gave her a deeper appreciation for what it takes to make a truly great cup of coffee and share it with others.

When the chance came to open a shop of her own at Common Market, Casey knew it was the perfect way to share her love of coffee in the community that she lives in. Mid Bloom Coffee is about more than just serving drinks—it’s about honoring the countless hands and hard work that come before the cup, from farmers to roasters to baristas. It’s also about creating a gathering place where neighbors can slow down, connect, and feel at home.

Her vision is simple: be kind and make great coffee. At Mid Bloom, every shot, cup of coffee, and every interaction is a small way of celebrating the coffee chain and the people who make it possible, and sharing that with her community.
